Terms of Service

📋 Short version: Use Brand Voice for legitimate business purposes. You own the content you create. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. Cancel anytime, no questions asked.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Brand Voice ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Finesa Shala ("we", "us", "our"), operator of Brand Voice.

2. Description of service

Brand Voice is an AI-powered content generation tool that creates social media posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook and TikTok based on your brand profile and topic inputs. Content is generated using Anthropic's Claude AI model. The app is accessible at brand-voice.space and its subdomains.

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
One person or business may not maintain more than one free trial account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features.
No credit card is required to start the free trial.
After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at €19.99/month.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Brand Voice only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

Generate spam, deliberate misinformation, or deceptive content
Create content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harasses individuals or groups
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
Share your account credentials with others or circumvent usage limits
Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial

6. Intellectual property

Content you generate: You own the content generated through your use of Brand Voice. We claim no intellectual property rights over the posts, captions and scripts created using the Service.

Our property: The Brand Voice application, including its design, code, prompts, and branding, is owned by Finesa Shala. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

⚠️ Content generated by Brand Voice is produced by an AI model. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing, ensuring accuracy, and complying with the terms of each social media platform.

Review all generated content before publishing it
Ensure content complies with the rules and terms of each social media platform
Ensure content is accurate and does not mislead your audience
Any consequences of publishing AI-generated content are your responsibility

8. Third-party integrations

Brand Voice may offer integrations with third-party platforms (social media networks, Canva, etc.). These integrations are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

Brand Voice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@brand-voice.space. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
